Larvae were collected from the internodes of a Guadua species of bamboo with larvae of Toxorhynchites and Sabethes identicus (Campos et al., 2011), as well as in Bambusa vulgaris var. vittata in northeastern provinces of Argentina (Alvarez et al. 2024).
