Observations
Type locality: Canal 6 and Parana de las Palmas, Estación Agropecuaria Delta del INTA, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. IV-30-66, 65F, 59M, 15P, 130L, 62 lpAd, 55 pAd, García & Casal.
Habitat and breeding sites
The immature stages were collected in the axils of Eryngium spp. together with the specimens of Culex renatoi, Culex castroi and Culex spinosus. Females have been collected in suburban environments (Hoyos y Monzón 2021).
