Observaciones
El macho de Chaco, mencionado por Slater and Wilcox (1969) como variedad “b” de I. lactipennis, junto con otros cuatro especímenes de Argentina, Brazil y Paraguay, corresponden a I. nigromaculatoides Dellapé & Melo 2022
