Observations
In the Museo de La Plata there are four specimens deposited as paratypes of this species that were collected in Buenos Aires. However, these specimens belong to Curtara pagina DeLong & Freytag, 1976. Two other male specimens labeled as paratypes of this species, one collected in Buenos Aires and the other in Corrientes, belong to the species C. catena DeLong and Freytag, 1976 (Paradell et al. 2010).
