Also known from Bolivia and Peru (Nieser & Lopez Ruf 2001, Rodrigues & Sites 2021).
 
Specimens from Catamarca province were collected in an area with sparse xerophytic vegetation, the specimens were taken in a side channel of the main stream with crystalline well oxygenated water due to high current velocity, depth 0.15-0.20m, bottom with small to medium sized pebbles, no aquatic vegetation, the habitat was shared with Ambrysus ochraceus Montandon.
And the specimens from Salta province were collected in a tree less area, near the margin of the stream at a depth of 0.2-0.3m, water turbid, current velocity low, bottom stony with pebbles, no aquatic vegetation, the habitat was shared with Ambrysus bergi
Montandon, Limnocoris borellii Montandon) and Cryphocricos sp. (Nieser & Lopez Ruf 2001).
