Localidad Tipo: Baradero, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Se han colectado estados inmaduros de grandes pantanos abiertos con abundante crecimiento de diferentes tipos de vegetación acuática. Las hembras se registraron entre mayo y octubre en la provincia de Chaco, Argentina.
