Observations
Type locality: Laguna de Knutsen, 3 Km S of Campamento Vespucio, Dto. of San Martín, Salta Province, Argentina. V-28-69, 9F, 11M, 2P, 48L, 11lpAd, García, Casal & Fernández.
Habitat and breeding sites
Immature stages have been collected from pools, lagoons, and wetlands, associated with Culex chidesteri y Ochlerotatus patersoni.
