Observations
Male Holotype deposited at Instituto Fundación Miguel Lillo (Carvalho & Carpintero 1989; Melo et al. 2018). Male and female paratypes deposited at Diego L. Carpintero Personal Collection and Museo de Historia Natural y Antropologia de Rio de Janeiro (Carvalho & Carpintero 1989).
Host plants
Found on Clinopodium gilliesii (Benth.) Kuntze (muña) (Contreras et al. 2025).
